According to the situations, always keep a playlist of the best sad rock tracks. You can arrange the songs into playlists when you wish to get over your partner, a playlist when you had a bad day, a playlist when you feel like you don’t belong to the world, or a playlist when you just feel plain dejected, etc.
Trust me, such a playlist might not help solve a problem, but it sure can help to cope with a difficult situation and take some of the pain away.
